Jameson is a NASM certified personal trainer and a NESTA and NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition, he is a certified GYMGUYZ group instructor. Jameson received an Associate’s degree from Harper College and is currently pursuing a certificate in massage therapy. Jameson has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 4 years and continues to study and learn the latest developments in the field in an effort to stay up-to-date while coaching his clients to their fitness goals. As an avid wrestler, he trains daily and travels the country competing. Wrestling has always been a major part of Jameson’s life. He is also a white belt Jiu-jitsu and a black belt in Taekwondo. As you can see he is passionate about physical activity. His extensive experience and knowledge of the health and fitness field are the keys to his success as a GYMGUYZ coach. His many years of working with a diverse client base ranging from elite athletes to older active adults give him the edge his clients need as he helps them kick their fitness routine into high gear. He views himself as a personal trainer, a coach, an educator and a life coach in promoting healthy and positive behavior. Jameson is a dedicated GYMGUYZ coach who has taken his enthusiasm for health and fitness from a personal level to a professional level as he implements creative and customized workout routines for each GYMGUYZ client.
Katie is a certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT). She is also certified in Les Mills BODYFLOW (Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates) and BODYPUMP (barbell training). Katie is currently enrolled in a 200 hour level yoga teacher training course and she will be certified in October 2017. She specializes in interval & circuit training (HIIT), strength training, Yoga, Pilates, core and back training. Katie played soccer for 15 years both in high school and in college at Saint Mary’s University in Minnesota. She knows how to train hard and push people to their limits. Katie enjoys helping her clients reach their fitness goals as well making each training session fun, hardworking and challenging. It never gets easier, you just get stronger!
Milton is a NASM certified trainer, and an Air Force Veteran. He combines his knowledge with years of experience training his fellow airman, to create effective training programs for GYMGUYZ clients. No matter what goal you have, it will require consistency and dedication. This is what defines his training. Simple effective programming combined with effective GYMGUYZ equipment. Being an Air Force veteran means the no excuses mentality that fueled his success in the military is the same he brings to his clients. GYMGUYZ clients should expect results that will speak for themselves, a strong and durable body that can increase your longevity.
Veronika is an instructor who is passionate about yoga. She has been trained in Vinyasa flow, Pediatric and Aerial yoga. She has education in Nutrition and Fitness and has taught group classes of yoga for children, adults and the elderly. As an instructor, she utilizes various training techniques to help her students enhance their cognitive abilities while also focusing on their physical health. Complimenting her yoga training and experience, she has a healthcare background with over 14 years of experience working with patients and doctors. She loves teaching yoga and primarily focuses her energy on helping her students develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, agility and endurance no matter what the age or body type.
