Executive.  Growing up with an active household, Roseanne has been a dancer since the age of two and continues to stay active as a mother to two boys. To commemorate the 10 year anniversary of her father passing from cancer, Roseanne decided to start a GYMGUYZ business to help the communities within Central New Jersey stay active and motivated towards maintaining a healthy lifestyle. \u201cAs a mother, I know how hard it can be to stay active and find the time and motivation to exercise,\u201d says Roseanne. \u201cI want to offer my community an opportunity to stay active and healthy with individualized workouts from the comfort of home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I had my first son right before Covid-19 and gyms and the world as we knew it shut down.  I found it so hard to find the motivation and time to exercise especially when gyms didn\u2019t bring back childcare after Covid.  Fast forward to the birth of my second son, I vowed to take care of myself first and hired an in-home personal trainer. Having had the service firsthand, I know that it works and believe in the product. I felt the best version of myself not only physically but mentally, which inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer.
