    Fitness Background
    It all started from exercising routinely at a young age to making it into a professional career and becoming a NASM certified personal trainer. This has always been my passion with the ability to have a positive effect on others. My main goal has always been to attract as many members as possible into the fitness space that are committed to changing their lives. Since the start of my career in Personal Training, I have worked with members primarily around strength training, weight loss programs, injury prevention, post-surgery, flexibility, sport-specific training and nutrition. I bring an energetic, well-rounded and forward-thinking approach for others to reach their goals in the most convenient and exciting way. Fitness is something everyone should engage in by making it a lifestyle with a structured, dynamic and customized approach. Everyone is different and everyone will respond differently. Unfortunately, the one size fits all approach does not work and will discourage most individuals trying to reach their goals over and over again. Brining this concept to life has and will continue to change the lives of my clients. Our local GYMGUYZ team loves to exercise and incorporate structured health and wellness programs using a convenient, customized and creative approach in the most effective way. Our coaches love what they do and they all share a similar vision and that is to make a remarkable impact in the community by helping change the lives of others.

    Fitness Background
    From a young age I was always involved in athletics, mainly basketball and soccer. Through 15+ years of consistent fitness training I have acquired the experience and knowledge necessary to help others achieve success. My experience includes competitive sports, personal training, working at a physical therapy practice, constant personal development, collegiate courses and helping many individuals through their fitness journeys. My passion for sports and fitness stayed with me through my career at Seton Hall University. During college, I tore my ACL three separate times and had to go through surgery/rehabilitation for each occurrence. These experiences had a huge impact on my life and perspective on fitness. My focus grew strongly towards rehabilitation and injury prevention, especially in the sports world.

    Fitness Background
    6 years of experience in helping people reach their utmost potential. I lost 135 lbs myself 7 years back, and then made the decision to start working out. Not knowing anything at all, I decided to get my personal trainer certification and learn for myself, while helping other people. It has been an amazing journey helping myself and other people become the best they can be! I was previously a bodybuilder who also power lifted for quite some time, until an injury set me back. Currently, I am just maintaining a healthy lifestyle and focusing on helping others do the same.

    Fitness Background
    I grew up playing a variety of competitive sports, especially softball and basketball. I’ve always had a love for working out and have a strong passion for boot camp, running and yoga. I’ve run many races, some of which include the NJ Marathon, Long Branch Half Marathon, Asbury Park Half Marathon, Navesink Challenge, and the Rock Solid Mud Run. I’ve had experience working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach in a few gyms, as well as teaching boot camp and PIYO classes, coaching teams speed, agility and quickness, and training clients in their homes.

    My Mission
    I help my clients find their passion for fitness and incorporate this into a healthy lifestyle that includes a good balance of exercise and eating clean, whole foods. I teach healthy habits slowly so they become part of everyday life and not just for a temporary time period. I aim to be creative with workouts by introducing different strength training modalities to keep it interesting, fun and challenging.

    Fitness Background
    I started in fitness after being frustrated with so much conflicting info that was prevalent in women's magazines and in the general public. I decided that I needed to figure this out for myself. I became a Certified Personal Trainer for the first time in 2008, but again felt that I wasn't fully prepared to help others on their fitness journey. I took a step back and decided to start from the bottom, becoming certified in Group Fitness and slowly taking on more clients while expanding my education. I moved on to again pursue my certification as a Personal Trainer, then Certified Health Coach. I do whatever it takes in helping you reach your goals in a safe and healthy way.
