    I am a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Fitness Nutrition and Group Personal Training. My personal fitness activities include strength training, high intensity interval training, running, cycling and triathlon - including Ironman competitions. I'm passionate about fitness in part because of my own journey, which included years of inactivity. I'm excited to help clients who are now facing a similar path to making their health a priority.
