    We are all about helping you become more than you ever imagined. Fitter, stronger, healthier, abler, whatever your fitness goal, we show you the way, and help get you there! I played football and wrestled when younger, and after decades of weight issues (common for linemen) added fitness to my dieting. This peeled it off for good. I have been blessed to be married to Lisa for 25 years. My children are three stalwart young men, 23, 21, and 18.
