We opened in July of 2018 and have helped many clients reach their goals and achieve results. We have established ourselves in the community as the best in personal training. We work with individual clients as well as teach classes in schools, senior care facilities and apartment buildings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I live in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and my business serves clients in the Denver area. In addition to operating a GYMGUYZ franchise, I am also NASM CPT \u2013 certified personal trainer, as well as wife to Mark Garey and mother to 3 wonderful children, Tyler \u2013 23 years old, Amanda \u2013 21 years old and Roger \u2013 12 years old. In my spare time I enjoy exploring different countries in the world, outdoor activities in the CO mountains, running, spending time with my family and friends and savoring Texas BBQ.
