    Reason Why You Became a Personal Trainer : I became a Personal Trainer because I've always enjoyed movement and sports. I knew from a young age that I enjoyed the feeling of being active and having the ability to be mobile. As I've gotten older, I still have that same passion, but I've fallen even more in love with exercise and movement as medicine. I love seeing individuals adopt a healthy, active lifestyle and notice how other parts of their lives improve as a result. My goal as a trainer is improving individuals overall wellbeing and quality of life.

    Fitness Interests & Hobbies : I love lifting weights and functional exercises. I have a love/hate relationship with interval training (it's not easy to make myself do this kind of training, but I feel amazing after and I know how important it is). I also love to get activity through sports whether that be playing catch, frisbee golf, or racing my neices and nephews around.

    Reason Why You Became a Personal Trainer : I struggled for a long time to make any progress towards goals I had set years before. I tried finding answers any where that I could but that only left me more confused. So, I went back to school to learn everything I could so I could figure out what I should have been doing instead of what I was doing. I also wanted to help other people who were determined, but struggling, to reach their goals too.
