As a lifelong athlete and 500hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT500) with over 10 years of personal practice and more than two years of teaching experience, I bring a functional, mindful approach to movement that helps clients build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected to their bodies. I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, and believe movement should have purpose beyond exercise, using breathwork, body awareness, and intentional movement to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Outside of coaching, I’m passionate about holistic wellness, spending time in nature, and living a balanced lifestyle rooted in nourishing food, movement, and mindfulness.
