My mission is to help clients transform the way they approach their health and wellness with confidence and consistency, as I did when I lost over 110 lbs in 5 years becoming an award winning athlete. When someone can go from disliking who they are, the way they look, and the way they feel to becoming the best version of themselves, achieving radical self-love and acceptance, and moving with confidence makes the entire process of transformation worth experiencing. I am here to help those who are ready to commit to lifestyle changes in order to live their best life and express their best selves by way of fitness and nutrition. Accountability, discipline, and commitment to the process are my core values in life and I apply them to my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I am a passionate martial artist. I am also a competitive combat athlete in MMA and Brazilian Jiujitsu. I love running 5-10k obstacle course races a couple times a year. In my spare time, I enjoy rollerblading and swimming.

My own fitness journey and personally experiencing the positive changes in my physical, emotional and mental health influenced me to discover my passion for overall well-being and health. The need for health and fitness focused approaches was also very prominent within my family and friends. Both internal and external factors motivated me to want to help and inspire others to transform into their strongest, healthiest version of themselves through movement, daily habits, and overall lifestyle changes.

Fitness Interests & Hobbies : 

I have always enjoyed being physically active but as of 4 years ago, my mindset around health and fitness changed. I now view fitness as something I GET to do rather than something I HAVE to do. I now GET to engage in low impact exercises such as barre classes, yoga, long walks, and bike rides to more intense weight training, sprinting, and cardio HIIT training! I also focus on thorough warm up, stretching, and mindful rest days.
Getting stronger and being proud of your own capabilities during a workout allows you to become more resilient to adversities outside the workout and in your daily life. Movement is essential to keep our mind and body healthy, and I believe it should never feel like a chore. I also believe everyone holds the power to learn what their minds and bodies are capable of through fitness and healthy lifestyle changes.
Through my work as a personal trainer, I hope to instill this mindset in the people I am lucky enough to work with!

I know what it feels like to want more for yourself. Picturing you at your best mental and physical state is an empowering feeling. I also know what it is like to feel stuck and lost on how to get started or how to stay consistent. Having someone to guide you through the process is an absolute game changer. Having coaches that made an effort to understand my unique goals and work with my busy lifestyle has allowed me to get where I have always wanted to be. This is why I want to help others feel the same empowerment!
