Sport and outdoor activities have always been a big part of my life. Ice hockey, golf and competitive powerlifting were sports I enjoyed growing up. As an adult my interests have evolved into running, mountaineering, hiking, and fitness training. I believe fitness can enhance so much of what we enjoy in life, and the total life experience.

Fitness is also preventive healthcare, and can increase our quality of life by decreasing incidence of disease, raising one’s energy levels, improving body systems, and enhancing our mood and mental outlook. My wife (Margarita) and I have been together for 18 years. She is originally from Lima, Peru and we met while both working in the technology sector. Adventure, travel, and new cultural experiences keep us energized !

I love educating clients and assisting them in achieving their goals through interactive, ever changing, dynamic workouts. My background also includes experience in strength and conditioning for young athletes - including figure skaters, physique competition prep, and instructing boot camps.
