As your GYMGUYZ coach will be more than happy to tell you, there’s always a new fitness fad, a new dietary craze… or to use a phrase which at one time got lots of play… a new “magic bullet.” In this context, a magic bullet refers to something fitness and/or diet related that will ‘magically’ make everything easy. Need to lose 20 pounds in a month? No problem! Maybe you’d rather add two inches to your biceps? Done!

Of course, there’s nothing wrong with setting goals such as those listed above. But as the leaders in Home Personal Training, GYMGUYZ stresses achievable goals. Basics, not the frills. Substance, not sizzle. Just good, hard, progressive resistance exercise, sensible cardiovascular training, and an overall solid daily diet. Hey, if something truly revolutionary came along, you can have confidence that GYMGUYZ would be well ahead of the curve in sharing it with each and every one of you.
