Summer’s almost here! You’ve been living life the GYMGUYZ way — training, diet, rest habits, etc. — and are nearing your seasonal goal of reaching peak condition. While you should certainly take pride in your accomplishments to date, now’s not the time to take your foot off the accelerator! The reality is, the closer one gets to peak condition, the more difficult it is to take that final step and actually “get there.” Again, our bodies can’t simply be bullied into looking or even feeling the way we’d like them to. Still, there are things we can do to give ourselves the best possible chance…

If you were to ask your GYMGUYZ Coach to discuss how he or she reaches their best form, they’ll confirm that the last few steps are the hardest. Just as a reference point, consider people on conventional weight loss programs. They may lose lots of weight in the beginning, but then their progress tapers… and finally stalls. This is another way of saying that in order for you to get to that elusive Next Level, you have to be willing to work harder than you have to this point. The good news is, with the dedication you’ve already shown to the GYMGUYZ Lifestyle and the wise instruction and motivation of your Coach, you’ll have every opportunity to lock in the final piece of the Summer Fitness Puzzle!
