Of course, the goal of these collective marketing efforts is to drive prospects through your door, but it will be up to you and your team to convert these prospects into members!
    • Operations – Club operations are one of the most important areas of the business, since the workout is your product. (That’s why we have so many training opportunities for franchisees to take advantage of!) This includes training members, as well as ensuring that your facility is up to 9Round brand standards.
    • Employee management – While we can provide you with suggested templates and “best practices” methods for employee management, employee hiring, firing, and training is up to you, as the employer.
    • Administrative work – As with any business, time must be reserved for administrative tasks like budgeting, accounting, payroll, and keeping up with business documents and records.
