Each month, your Franchise Business Coach (FBC) with have a call with you to discuss important brand-wide announcements, your club operations, KPIs for each of your club locations, what your marketing plans are for the next month, and to answer any of your questions or concerns.

Some current tools FBCs use to help franchisees include:

  • Location Scorecard – Each month, your FBC will help you track key performance indicators for your club(s) and discuss which areas you should focus on to improve and strategies for making those improvements. KPIs and important information tracked by you and your FBC include:
