In last week\u2019s blog, we talked about the need to \u201cstick with what we know,\u201d especially as GYMGUYZ continues to expand its collective reach and (from a franchise POV) grow going forward. Let\u2019s say for the sake of argument that you live in upstate New York, near the Catskill Mountains. Whereas jogging up and down hills is a highly unlikely form of cardio throughout much of Long Island, it might be something to try if the area in and around your home is surrounded by hills of varying sizes. Of course, this is only one way your Coach can look to diversify your GYMGUYZ experience based upon where you\u2019re situated.
