Summer\u2019s finally here! For some of you, achieving your best-ever condition \u2014 with the assistance of your GYMGUYZ coach, of course\u2013 has become a reality. If you haven\u2019t quite gotten there (or even if you\u2019re still far off), don\u2019t despair or be overly hard on yourself. Goal-setting is essential, sure, but it\u2019s also wise to be mindful of a great old saying \u2014 that life is about the journey, not the destination. Or to paraphrase the late great film critic Roger Ebert: \u201cIt\u2019s not so much what the movie\u2019s about, but HOW it goes about it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be clear, this isn\u2019t a matter of \u201cgiving up\u201d if you aren\u2019t exactly where you want to be. What we\u2019re suggesting is that it\u2019s critical to be and stay positive. Think of the terrific workouts your GYMGUYZ coach has put you through, the pride you take in monitoring your diet\u2026 even the way you live your life day in and day out, always with an eye towards fitness. Go ahead and smile on that. You\u2019ve made incredible strides since the beginning of your journey with GYMGUYZ. That\u2019s what\u2019s most important!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
