When we talk about living life \u201cThe GYMGUYZ way,\u201d it\u2019s about more than just subscribing to a random collection of ideas\u2026 it\u2019s an overall life path that you\u2019ve chosen to take. The positive results of your choices have been immediate\u2026 and obvious! Alas, we\u2019re only human. And we\u2019re all prone to having Bad Days. The question is, \u201cAre there any tips and\/or tricks to helping us to overcome them?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve spent the past few weeks discussing such things as \u2018cheat days\u2019 and \u2018cheat meals,\u2019 and gone over some of the ways in which you can incorporate them into your routine, as part of your overall healthy, super-charged GYMGUYZ workouts and dietary regimen. Normally, this is a big net-positive, in that it gives you something to look forward to even within the context of the GYMGUYZ \u201cSummertime\/Peak Condition\u201d program you\u2019ve been adhering to. But what if you wake up the next day \u2014 this applies to any \u2018next day,\u2019 of course \u2014 and your motivation is lacking? Fear not!
