Do I bring my own equipment?
Not at all! Our vans come fully stocked with everything you will need. We supply mats, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear, body bars, pool apparatus, and kettlebells, and more. We can also customize your training to fit your own equipment if you do have your own.
Do you have female trainers?
Absolutely. Our team is made up of both male and female coaches. GUYZ is just an acronym.
Is there a charge for the first visit?
No charge! The first visit is a free session! It includes the following: A body assessment; A measurement assessment; Nutritional assessment; A fitness assessment; Setting up your goals
How long are the sessions normally?
Our sessions are usually one hour. This ensures there is enough time to get your body working to achieve your goals. Our coaches arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts to set up equipment for the day.
Can you visit an office/corporate location?
Yes! We can train you right at your office at whatever time is best for you.
Do you offer group workout programs?
Yes we do! Group sessions are always a good time. You can work out with two people or 60 people if you want. If your group reaches 20 people, we will be sure to send an additional coach.
Will my coach be the same for each session?
This is up to you. If you prefer to work with a specific coach you can request them. All our team members are certified trainers.
How quickly should I expect results?
We have discovered that 95% of our clients will see results. With commitment to the program that GYMGUYZ has designed specifically for you, you can expect to see results. The average time it takes can vary from 8-15 weeks, depending on how often you are training.
How much room is needed?
We can work in just about any space: living rooms, kitchens, basements, basement apartments, spare bedrooms, back patios, garages, yards, driveways, or the nearby park. We also have pool equipment for aquatic exercise and swimming. We like to say that if we "can move the coffee table" then we have enough space.
