Every session is one hour long, and you can choose if you’d like the same personal trainer each time. All you need to bring is yourself – we’ll bring any necessary equipment and a whole lot of motivational energy. Of course, if you have equipment you’d like to use within your workouts, just let us know! We’ll be sure to incorporate everything you need and want into your program.
