Fitness has played a vital role in sustaining a sharp, mental wellness. Fitness has also helped Benji learn how to reshape daily stresses into producing a positive and confident focus. He also played Wisconsin semi-pro football for 4 years.
Fitness, is the balanced key to fully enjoy a great life. Understanding the beauty of what this world has to offer is defined through each individuals' perspective. Through fitness, one can learn how to endure tough times, see the work ethic and its repercussions, hold themselves accountable, sweat out negativity, build strength, achieve, and transform into a better person. Changing lives is a passion that Benji carries and finding value in that transformation is what continuously get him back to the grind, day-in and day-out.
Nick is a 9 year NFL Veteran with a solid history of leveraging motivation, dedication and drive to deliver results on and off of the field. He has demonstrated determination and work ethic complimented by natural curiosity and quest for knowledge. He has been an excellent leader and mentor; adept at working alongside and leading some of the best athletes in the world. Nick is known for ability to effectively manage high stress situations while encouraging teammates. Core competencies include agility, determination, discipline, collaboration and focus.
Nick was a sixth round draft pick in 2008 by the Carolina Panthers out of the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He spent three seasons with the Panthers, two partial seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, followed by three successful seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. Nick played in 76 NFL games, completed 183 tackles, two sacks and one touchdown fumble recovery in his nine-year career.
Nick is excited about GYMGUYZ as it changes lives. After retiring from the NFL Nick took his health into his own hands and lost 65 pounds with diet and exercise. He since then has become passionate about helping other people reach their health and fitness goals.

I enjoy road cycling, lifting weights, and cross training. I teach several classes a week, to stay current with my specialties, and it keeps me motivated to learn more.
