Do you have female trainers?
Definitely! We have male and female certified trainers. GUYZ is only an acronym.
Do I need my own equipment?
No need to bring anything! Every GYMGUYZ van is stocked full of equipment. This includes: mats, stability balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, body bars, boxing gear, resistance bands, pool apparatus, and more! If you own equipment, we can customize routines around what you own as well.
Do you charge for the first session?
There is no charge! The first visit is free and includes the following:
- A body assessment
- A measurement assessment
- Nutritional assessment
- A fitness assessment
- Setting up your goals
Approximately how long are training sessions?
The sessions are usually an hour. An hour is usually the amount of time needed to get your body working so that you can start achieving your goals. Our coaches will normally arrive 5-10 minutes before a session begins to set up equipment needed for the day.
Can you visit an office/workplace?
Absolutely! We can train right in your office space at whatever time works for you.
Do you provide group training sessions?
Absolutely! We offer group sessions for two people or 60 people. If your group exceeds 20 individuals, we will be sure to send a second coach.
Will I have a different coach each session?
This is flexible to fit your preferences. Every trainer is certified, but you can request specific coaches if you wish.
How quickly will I start to see some results?
Around 95% of our clients will see results through their program. Commitment to following the program that GYMGUYZ has designed just for you will bring about the changes you are looking for. It usually takes between 8-15 weeks for visible results, depending on how often you are training during the week.
How much room is required for training?
Our saying is "if we can move the coffee table" there is enough room! We meet with clients in every setting imaginable. This includes: living rooms, basements, basement apartments, spare bedrooms, kitchens, yards, back patios, driveways, garages, or a nearby park. We also have pool-related equipment for swimming, and aquatic exercise.
