At GYMGUYZ, our number one priority is the health and safety of our clients and trainers. Our goal is to give our clients and trainers the peace of mind they deserve, while protecting them, their homes, and their loved ones.
We have therefore implemented specific training protocols, and supporting training guidelines, that every one of our trainers will adhere to going forward. These new company policies are in place within all GYMGUYZ service areas in the U.S., Canada, and the UK.
We also have better standardized our virtual training protocols for those that prefer virtual training on their favorite device, without sacrificing the one-on-one personal attention that creates the GYMGUYZ training experience.
You’ll still get a nationally certified personal trainer, the punctuality and accountability that makes our program a raving success with our clients, and the appropriate insurance coverage that separates us from the pack when it comes to in-home, onsite, and virtual personal training. That’s the GYMGUYZ difference.
Our process starts with an Acknowledgement Form that ensures that both client and trainer are healthy. These forms are formally tracked for proper documentation.
All of our personal trainers will follow our Equipment Disinfection and Personal Hygiene protocols. If preferred by the client, equipment can remain with the client for up to 30 days (based on local equipment inventory) to alleviate equipment disinfection concerns.
GYMGUYZ has modified its No Touch Policy accordingly to avoid all physical contact at all times.
All personal trainers will then strictly follow our new In-Person Training Protocols for the duration of the training session.
Virtual Personal Training
Virtual Personal Training is available for those that prefer to defer in-home or onsite personal training until a later time.
