I have always been athletic and passionate about fitness. I have run marathons, played on various sports teams, had countless gym memberships, and used personal trainers. I work out regularly and consume a whole plant-based diet to improve my overall performance. I understand that the best machine ever created is the body. I believe to reach any goal it requires a great coach, self-discipline, laser focus on each task, a positive attitude, patience, a strong support system, and faith.
