How Often to Train
There is no exact formula for how often to work with a personal trainer because everyone’s bodies, goals, and schedules are different.
For a five day routine, a good balance would be three days of strength workouts and two days of cardiovascular and two days of rest.
For a three day routine, one day of cardio, one day of strength, and one day devoted either to a specific goal or something you enjoy would be a good balance.
