Training Services FAQs
Do I need my own equipment?
No, we will bring it! Our vans are fully equipped with everything you will need. We have mats, dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, boxing gear, body bars, pool apparatus, and kettlebells, and more. If you have your own gym equipment, we can develop fitness programs for you that are convenient, customized, and creative.
Do you have female coaches?
Yes, we have male and female coaches. Remember, GUYZ is an acronym.
Do you charge for the first visit?
No. The first visit is free and includes the following:
- A body assessment
- A measurement assessment
- Nutritional assessment
- A fitness assessment
- Setting up your goals
How long are the training sessions?
Each session is one hour. That provides you enough time to get your body working to achieve your desired goals. Coaches arrive 5-10 minutes before the session to set up the necessary equipment for that particular day.
Can you come to my office?
Yes, we’ll train you right in your office at a time that best works for you.
Do you offer group sessions?
Yes, group sessions are always a blast. You can work out with two people or 60 people. If your group exceeds 20 people, we’ll make sure to send an additional coach.
Will I have the same coach each session?
This all depends on your preference. All of our coaches are certified and you can request a specific coach.
How quickly will I see results and achieve my goals?
We find that 95% of our clients get results. All you need to do is follow the program that GYMGUYZ has developed just for you. The average time to see results is anywhere from 8-15 weeks depending on how many times a week you train.
How much room do you need for in-home personal training?
One of our sayings is that if we can “move the coffee table” there is enough space. We work with clients in spaces of all sizes: living rooms, basements, basement apartments, kitchens, spare bedrooms, back patios, yards, driveways, garages, or the nearby park. We even have pool equipment for swimming and aquatic exercise.
Are you a physical location?
We do not have a physical location. We are a mobile personal training company that supplies the equipment and trainer for each workout!
