"Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen."
As a young man, I once played a game of basketball at a rec center with a 69 year old man who ran circles around his much younger opponents. I decided on the spot that I wanted to compete at a high level in various sports and fitness activities well into my senior years. In addition to basketball and weightlifting, I play tennis and all other racquet sports. I enjoy cycling and kayaking.
To inspire others to stay healthy, young and active and be the best they can be well into their senior years.
