Activities You Do To Stay in Shape:
I am always up for trying out new routines and styles of exercises. I weight train at least 4 days a week, cardio everyday either going for long 5 mile walks or my new thing stationary cycling 10 miles at least days a week. Love to throw in Yoga at least once per week. I like to change it up with anything that has me outdoor period.
