Anitra has been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 8 years with an extensive background in functional movement as an overall athlete. She is a former Division I basketball player. Anitra has coached herself to compete in fitness/bodybuilding competitions, where she became a Nationally Qualified Bikini athlete.

She has won multiple awards in bodybuilding competitions across the state of Texas and has strong experience helping individuals from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals.
In addition to one on one personal training, Bianca is qualified in group training including yoga, pilates, boot camp as well as cross fit, TRX, and circuit training.

As a fitness enthusiast, in 2012, I decided to enroll in yoga teacher training to help with my fitness goals. Little did I know that it would be life changing! The awareness and healing that came out of the practice of yoga was very transformative.
Being a multitasker myself, yoga gave me the much needed respite to take care of myself physically and emotionally. Yoga is now an important part of my life and I enjoy teaching yoga.Yoga is a way of life and practicing yoga can form deeper connections both internally and externally. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can move with your breath, you can benefit from yoga.
I am currently teaching yoga in Corporate/ school system ( Collin and Dallas County) as well as in my Studio and Virtually. My Yoga style is a bled of “Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini, Ashtanga” . Whether are a busy working class or a school students, whether you are a senior with multiple medical problems to an athlete, I have a great thing to offer with Yoga for all.
Niti is a health and wellness coach and partners with clients to guide them in achieving their wellness goals. She works with patients suffering from chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and can also help with stress management and weight loss goals. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine @UWS where she was awarded the Dean’s merit list award, the highest academic recognition.
Being in the best research-based program has provided her the latest and most effective tools to heal with nutrition and lifestyle. She is a physical therapist by training but found her passion for nutrition in her quest to find answers to achieve optimal health for her family.
