My wife Jessica, is my college Sweetheart. We have been together for over 13 years. We have 2 beautiful children. Our son is 5 years old and our daughter is 2 years old

Activities You Do To Stay in Shape:
My weekly fitness plan includes 5-6 diverse workouts. My workouts incorporate functional training, cardio vascular training, and strength training. I enjoy incorporating kettlebells, TRX and boxing in my workout regimen.
