    I’m a Training Coach for the Sun City, Arizona area. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2002 when my position in accounting was eliminated and I decided to make a complete career change. The majority of my clientele are Seniors but I do work with Men and Women ages 20-92.

    My Senior clients all have success stories of their own as they keep coming back. They realized they need to keep moving to feel good.
    - Cheryl, 71, had both knees replaced and can do squats and lunges.
    - Dave, 79, does perfect squats and lunges.
    - Lynn, 75, has had many obstacles to overcome, but she never gives up.
    - Carol, 72, after meeting her the first time I thought she’d never come back but she’s been with me for 8 years knowing her back always feels better.

    A success story of my own, I had lost 30 pounds in 1998 just by changing my eating habits and a 30 minute walk around my neighborhood. That walk progressed into jogging, hiking and biking. I have completed a couple of half marathons and smaller running events. It is with daily determination I continue to keep myself moving and enjoy life with exercise.

    I want to help people feel good and better about themselves knowing they can achieve anything they put their mind to.

    Played and coached sports most of my life. Currently coaching Special Olympic Athletes. Working out has always been a priority in my life and my long term goal has always been to train seniors once I retired. GYMGUYZ is a perfect fit for me at this stage in my life.

    Cheyanne is an ACSM certified exercise physiologist. Cheyanne began her fitness career in 2007 as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Cheyanne is a die hard Arizona State University alumni with a B.S. degree in Exercise & Wellness. Cheyanne has experience working as a fitness professional in both commercial and corporate settings working with clients from ages 14 to 85. Cheyanne has worked as a health educator the last 5 years specializing in weight management, tobacco cessation & diabetes management. Cheyanne loves to coach and motivate clients to achieve their health & fitness goals in a positive way. Some of her hobbies include; running distance races (especially Disney races!), hiking, and working with her 7 year old beagle as a therapy team at Abrazo Hospital & Sky Harbor Airport.
