During the initial consultation with our GYMGUYZ coach, we will discuss your goals and then progress to developing a personalized prenatal exercise regimen that is specifically based upon your stage of pregnancy. Our coaches will make sure that you always stay motivated to get the most of your workout. They will teach you proper execution and modification of exercises through personal demonstration to ensure that both you and your baby are in the best of hands.
