Strength training uses resistance to introduce muscular contraction and build strength, anaerobic endurance and the size of your skeletal muscles. Strength training involves a number of repetitions, sets, exercises, tempo and force to create the desired change in strength. One of the many benefits of strength training is reducing the symptoms of diseases and chronic conditions like arthritis, diabetes, obesity, back pain and depression. Also, regular strength training can reduce body fat and who doesn’t want that benefit?
Strength training is designed for the GYMGUYZ client who wants to improve their overall health and fitness levels. Strength training has become recognized as a proven routine to help improve a client’s bone density, help increase metabolism, fight obesity and contribute to the overall healthy heart. A GYMGUYZ coach will use the tools and techniques to teach clients how to properly indulge in a strength-training regimen to reduce their body fat and achieve an optimal state of health. Although each client is different and each exercise program varies, one of our coaches can absolutely ensure clients that they will receive the most efficient results in the timeliest manner.
