GYMGUYZ has developed an individualized workout routine that involves cardiovascular workouts and body sculpting through intense workouts of resistance bands, dumbbell training, and hand weights which applies resistance to certain parts of the body.
Once a client has experienced the GYMGUYZ body sculpting and weight loss regimen, they will see vast improvement in many of their abilities. Eventually clients will need to increase the resistance they use and the amount of weight they lift. GYMGUYZ certified coaches will help you understand your body and how it works.
