Nigel’s passion for health and fitness began at a very early age influenced by his father and some of the bodybuilding greats of the 1950’s and 60’s. In the 1980’s he opened his first business as general manager of the Fitness Foundation, a boutique gym and aerobic studio on the south coast of the UK. During the five years of ownership he helped well over 1000 individuals work to reach their fitness goals. Now in the East Bay he is focused on continuing what he loves – that passion for helping clients reach their goals.
My mission is to help people improve their lives through personal fitness coaching and I believe there are no one size fits all instructions for healthy living. We are the authority when it comes to our body.
Michelle is my business partner and spouse . We've been married for 18 years. She started out as my boss and would argue - she still is! I have two girls, a 15 year old awesome basketball player and a very energetic 8 year old. Madison and Bella.

He has trained for 3 years as a NASM CPT and then graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology. After graduating Justin completed his Exercise Physiology certification with ACSM to better serve special populations. His approach to training is not only to use the most recent science to get you the best results, but to also have you understand the reason why it works that way. His training philosophy is to build lifelong habits and knowledge to get lifelong results.
