"Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life!"
I has been working out and training since high school where I realized that if I wanted to excel in sports, being physically stronger than my opponent was an essential ingredient.
Once I joined the work force, co-workers would approach me and ask how to get themselves into shape. This is when it hit me to make a career out of helping others doing something that I love and can relate to on a daily basis. From there, I knew that fitness coaching was my life's goal!. I am an avid golfer but has also have a passion for other sports such as football and baseball.
