2020 was a crazy year, to say the least. A lot has happened and many of our goals have changed drastically. However, 2021 is right around the corner and now is a perfect time to set new goals for the new year.



Going into 2021 it is important to set specific fitness goals. Know exactly where you want to be at the end of 2021, know how much you want to weigh, how often you want to work out, what you want your diet to look like. The more detailed the goals you set the better you can plan to achieve that goal.



Now that you have set specific fitness goals, the next step is planning. When planning for your fitness goals it is important to develop a plan that works with your schedule, if you want to workout 3 days a week make sure you pick 3 days that you have enough time to workout. During planning, it is also important to seek professional help from a trainer. This will help you when creating an efficient plan to reach those goals

Now that you have your plan, it’s important to start the new year right. We have to give 100 percent to our workouts and follow our plans as best as we can so we can be sure to reach our goals set for 2021.
