Reason Why You Became a Personal Trainer :

I loved seeing people change their lives and find healing for their bodies post injury. I have sports injuries that left me with herniated disks in L4 and L5 and limited my quality of life. Healthy eating, core strength exercise and natural therapies such as massage and chiropractic gave me back my life. I have experienced first hand the life changing effect exercise can have. Also have Bachelors in Elementary Education from Ohio State

Walking and being active with my family/kids, homeschooling my children, serving in my church and in the community and canning.

Being physically active has changed my life in many ways. Not only is it vital in maintaining your physical health, staying active can have a very significant impact on your mental health. Throughout my childhood and adulthood, exercise has been the perfect outlet for relieving stress and it has helped me to feel more confident in my body. Because of that, I’ve developed a passion to help others experience the benefits of fueling your body and being active. I knew that becoming a personal trainer needed to be my next step.

Weightlifting has been a major part of my life for years and I really enjoy being outdoors so I’ve become very interested in hiking and yoga. Also, since I absolutely love food, cooking and baking new recipes is one of my favorite things to do.
