I have always loved to be active and strong. I know it is a natural antidepressant and I love to feel my best. I like to share this with others by helping to keep them motivated through all their stages of life. The process of working towards a physical goal is so impactful for other areas of growth in life as well. Becoming a trainer has enabled me to help others gain success in their physical goals, and daily lifestyle!

Fitness Interests & Hobbies : 

I am an avid runner and triathlete. Becoming the strongest and most powerful athlete I can be has been my goal these past couple years. Today I compete in DekaStrong events which are decathlons that incorporate speed and strength. The training involved has broaden my abilities both physically and mentally. I am a mom to two boys who keep me on my toes daily and I enjoy designing/improving my home.

I have roughly 8 years of consistent resistance training experience. Throughout my journey, I have learned valuable lessons regarding proper technique, mindfulness of how your own body moves and making it enjoyable for yourself for the long term. My goal is to impart some of the things I’ve learned to prevent injury and help you reach or maintain your personal wellness goals.

After facing a debilitating injury in the summer of 2024, I had lost myself and my passion for fitness. I was experiencing weight gain and levels of pain that sidelined both my personal and professional goals for some time. At a certain point, I decided enough was enough. I was able to make a remarkable recovery during my time in physical therapy and making adjustments to lifestyle choices. I eventually lost over 50 pounds and fortunately avoided lower back surgery. Through this setback, I rediscovered my deep appreciation for exercise and injury prevention. I’ve never felt better!

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Sports Nutrition Coach with 3 years of experience helping clients build strong, sustainable fitness habits. I’m also CPR certified and trained in Gym Guyz Assisted Stretching techniques, giving me the tools to support your body’s performance and recovery safely and effectively. My passion is promoting overall wellness through a balanced, realistic approach to health. I believe that fitness should enhance your life—not take it over—and that true progress comes from consistency, mindfulness, and joy in movement. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, or feel more energized, I’ll help you create a program that fits your lifestyle and lasts long-term.
