As an owner and trainer of GYMGUYZ Austin, I bring the workout to you, making fitness convenient, personalized, and actually fun. With a background in weightlifting, CrossFit, and elite sports performance, I know how to build smart, results-driven programs for every level. I specialize in working with individuals with disabilities, including nonverbal and autistic adults, using patience, creativity, and compassion to meet each client where they are. No cookie-cutter plans. No intimidation. Just real progress, and a coach who’s all in on you.

Henry Pollock is an ISSA Certified Master Trainer with over a decade of experience helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident in their bodies. He holds advanced certifications in personal training, exercise therapy, youth fitness, and nutrition, and is a Red Cross–certified CPR, First Aid, and AED Instructor. Henry has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels and is known for a grounded, encouraging coaching style that meets people where they are. Specializing in functional fitness, he focuses on practical training, consistency, and long-term results that translate into everyday life. His goal is simple: to help every client leave healthier, stronger, and happier than when they started.

I am Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Specialist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals build strength, confidence and sustainable healthy habits. I believe fitness should be approachable and empowering, and I enjoy meeting clients where they are while helping them progress towards their goals. My goal is to make each client feel motivated, confident and proud of their progress and achieving their goals.

I am a passionate lover of all things health and wellness. With my degree in Kinesiology, specialty in Corrective Exercise, and my own personal experience in regaining strength and mobility, I am excited to share my passion and knowledge with others. In my free time I am either weightlifting, rollerskating at the park, or crafting at home with my cats.

He is passionate about helping clients succeed and focuses on meeting the individual where they are in creating a supportive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and long-term results. With a strong belief and consistency, discipline, and longevity he is committed to helping clients improve their strength, overall fitness and quality of life while working towards personal goals.
