Jesse
OWNER/TRAINER
Jesse Sullivan is a U.S. Army veteran who served as both an Infantryman and an EOD Technician. Following his military service, he transitioned into a successful corporate IT career but missed the deep sense of purpose that came from mission-driven work.
Jesse founded his GYMGUYZ business to bridge that gap, aligning his lifelong passion for fitness with his desire to provide true value and genuinely improve lives. His fitness journey is personal; after experiencing the drain of corporate life, he faced his own 30-pound weight gain. By rediscovering his commitment to training, he transformed his own health and regained his energy—a powerful feeling he is passionate about sharing with his community.
Jesse leads his location with the core values of Integrity, Passion for People, Ownership, Community-Focused, and Relentless Positivity. His mission is to mentor a team of coaches who embody these values, equipping them with a sense of purpose to make a real difference.
A dedicated “girl dad” to two daughters, Jesse is currently studying to become an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer to deepen his expertise. When not leading his team, he enjoys hiking, traveling, and playing with his family, and is passionately dedicated to helping his neighbors live longer, healthier lives.
Lyria

Lyria is a dedicated fitness professional who emphasizes precision and safety in every workout. With specialized certifications in Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Stretching & Flexibility, she offers a holistic approach to health. Lyria is known for her meticulous attention to proper form and her commitment to progressive programming that evolves alongside her clients’ fitness levels. By incorporating diverse training styles—including HIIT and Strength Training—and providing personalized homework with regular check-ins, she ensures clients stay engaged, safe, and on track to reach their goals.
Bee
Certified Personal Trainer
Bee brings a comprehensive approach to wellness, holding certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, and Corrective Exercise. A former high school teacher, she combines her background in education with her fitness expertise to not only guide clients through workouts but to teach them the fundamentals of healthy living. Bee’s extroverted and energetic coaching style ensures that every session is engaging, educational, and focused on long-term results.

Quinn is a relationship-focused trainer who believes that successful fitness journeys start with understanding the person behind the goals. Passionate and highly motivated, Quinn prioritizes listening to client stories to better understand their unique lifestyles and challenges. This client-centric approach allows for truly personalized training experiences where clients feel heard, supported, and pushed to reach their full potential.

For Devonte, fitness isn’t just a career—it has been a lifestyle since the age of 12. He is deeply committed to supporting clients through the ups and downs of their transformation, acting as both a coach and a dedicated partner in their success. With a strong specialization in calisthenics and bodyweight training, Devonte focuses on helping clients build functional strength, control, and confidence in their own bodies.
