Julian is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on strength training, functional fitness, sports performance, and general health and wellness. He brings four years of experience coaching athletes in strength, conditioning, and skill development. 

His coaching style is supportive, structured, and centered around helping clients build strength, and confidence through solid technique and balanced training. He is passionate about creating an environment where people feel safe, confident, capable, and motivated to push past what they thought they could do. Whether someone is training for sport or simply looking to feel stronger in everyday life, he is committed to helping them reach their full potential.

David is a Louisville-based ACTION-Certified Personal Trainer, retired U.S. Coast Guard Senior Chief, and multi-discipline C.H.E.K. practitioner with 30 years of training experience and a strong focus on functional movement, posture, and sustainable habit-building. His years of technical problem-solving and leading teams in high-pressure environments now translate into clear communication, structured planning, and calm, effective guidance as a coach. After decades of conventional strength training, he discovered holistic and functional health principles that reshaped his approach and now guide the personalized programs he creates for clients. David helps people move better, feel better, and build real, functional strength through clear instruction, structured accountability, and practical lifestyle strategies that support long-term results.

Certified personal Trainer

Eli Chaffin is a NASM-certified personal trainer and dedicated fitness coach. He brings multiple years of hands-on experience helping clients build strength, improve their habits, and gain confidence in the gym. As an amateur bodybuilder himself, he knows firsthand what it takes to balance disciplined training, nutrition, and mindset — and he uses that experience to push his clients toward real results. Outside the gym, he spends his time refining his own physique, studying new training techniques, and sharpening his coaching skills because he believes a good coach can always learn more.

Chris is a certified personal trainer, powerlifting instructor, and physical therapist assistant dedicated to helping clients improve their fitness, strength, and overall well-being. His passion for health started early, and he has always believed that strong physical habits are the foundation for a long, fulfilling life.

Whether he’s creating personalized strength programs or supporting clients through rehabilitation, Chris brings a mix of expertise, motivation, and genuine care to every session. He is committed to helping each person reach their goals—both short-term and long-term—and believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel strong, confident, and capable.
