Sadly, the temperature is dropping by the day throughout much of the East Coast, as well as middle America. By extension, for many of us this translates to wearing more/heavier clothing for the foreseeable future, with our bodies less and less “on display.” It’s true that your GYMGUYZ Coach is in terrific condition year-round. The question, then, is how do you want to handle this year’s Fall and Winter from a fitness POV? Bear in mind that we’re not talking about your typical high-intensity GYMGUYZ workouts… in this instance, we’re referring to the realities of the upcoming holiday season RE: the never-ending stream of fatty foods, late nights, and parties.

The truth is that there’s no “right answer” to this question. Each person has to find his or her own comfort zone. This doesn’t mean you slack off on your GYMGUYZ workouts or ignore the various dietary tips your Coach might offer on a given day. It does mean that it’s okay to enjoy the exciting holiday season, without worrying whether or not people are judging you. We’ll get into this topic in further detail next week…
