Serving the Mansfield and Canton areas, the duo is leveraging Loni’s 15 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and Mark’s firsthand knowledge of how exercise can help manage stress and PTSD. Their new venture brings the gym directly to clients’ doors, removing the barriers of travel and busy schedules.
