Growing up fitness has always been important in my family. My parents met in a gym and brought their kids up to love fitness as much as they do. I became a part of the healthcare world for 6 years before I realized my purpose was to help people get stronger and more confident in their everyday lives. To be able to strive and do things they’ve never been able to do. I wanted to put smiles on people’s faces from not only our relationship but also with their progress and meeting their goals.
