    Like our personal trainer Chellie, I truly believe that movement is medicine. After working in a physical therapy office and learning from some of the best doctors for three years, I found my calling to be in preventative medicine, personal training to be exact! I love motivating those around me to accomplish their goals, and ultimately helping people believe the fact that anything is possible. I have helped bodybuilders get bigger, athletes get faster and stronger, endurance athletes go farther, and helped many John Doe’s get off the couch to be happier and more energized than ever before. My goal is to increase quality of life through movement that is right for you. Let’s work together to make your goals a reality!

    I believe that movement is medicine and taking our daily dose is important. Be that through walks, cardio, hiking, strength training or whatever works best for YOUR body. Finding the right balance and time for you is so important and your body will thank you for giving it what it needs. I started my fitness journey young, when my father co-owned a gym and I was able to see and take part in many areas of fitness. I went on to get a dance degree from Dean College and then moved into bodywork- Reiki, Massage therapy, energy work. Movement made me feel so good and brought me out of depression, which inspired me to teach classes. I have received many (100+) group certifications including Zumba and Strong Nation, and also many more personal training related courses. I love training clients, adapting to their particular needs and seeing how they get more efficient and comfortable with movement and overall confidence. In recent years, I also had been part of presenting at many fitness trade shows with the Strong Nation program as well as training other group fitness instructors as a AFAA Master Instructor. I believe in lifelong learning and will continue to keep giving clients and students the best knowledge possible.

    Fitness has been a part of me for many years I’m what is called a fitness fanatic.  I’ve been playing soccer for 24 years and coaching since the age of 20. Training and motivating others has been a passion in my life since day one. Changing people’s perspective about the importance of staying fit and changing their life inside and out is something I’m good at.  Because of this, I want to share my knowledge and passion with the world. 
    Fitness is the medicine to physical health and mental health. My passion is to guide and encourage everyone towards a healthy positive mindset and body fitness, without going on diet frenzies.  I’m here to encourage you and be attentive to your expectations and end results if and when I’m called to be your exercise coach. There is always a fitness plan that can be put into place for every individual.  My favorite activities include, playing soccer, and other sports ,riding bikes and being actively involved with my family.
