Doug
Franchise Owner
Biography:
From an early age, Doug always had an entrepreneurial spirit. Some examples include a childhood neighborhood lemonade stand, raising money to attend an overseas exchange trip in high school by selling candy bars to fellow classmates and currently, teaching his kids the art of the sale & business through their neighborhood A/C cleaning business. Doug simply loves making deals! Growing up in Ohio as a Buckeye fan, Doug realized his dream to attend The Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Marketing. He was highly involved on campus through activities such as his social fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, President of the Business Builders Club, an entrepreneurship-based organization, and was the President/Founder of The Ohio State Running Club. After college, Doug was hired by Ford Motor Company for the position of Zone Manager in Orlando, FL. Over the course of 18 years with Ford, he held many different assignments in the field and general office in both the sales & service divisions. In 2016 he became a manager, where he thrived leading teams. Doug is a natural leader and coach. In a recent REACH survey, he scored on the top tier of coaching. His lifelong dream has been to own his own business and be his own boss.
Doug married the love of his life, Michelle, in March 2014. They were blessed with the miracle of a healthy set of quadruplets in June 2018, two girls and two boys – Jackson, Oliver, Kate and Elle. In December 2024, God blessed Doug & Michelle with another bundle of joy, Sadie Grace. Though they have moved several times with Ford Motor Company, they landed back where they initially met, in Bradenton, FL. This is home and where their family support network is located. Doug is a family man and highly engaged father. He coaches his kids’ sports events, including flag football, tee-ball, baseball and running. In addition, he helps to coach the local elementary school’s morning Running Club, as he has a passion for kids and healthy lifestyles. This fall, Doug was the Community Coordinator for the Healthy Kids Running Series in his area, which is a 5 week running series for kids aged 2-12. He is excited to continue to lead this organization and help to grow the running series in his local community. Doug serves in his local church, where he helps in Special Space, a room dedicated to kids with special needs. And last but not least, he leads the Gene Witt Dads, an elite group of involved dads at the local elementary school, that support the PTO with fundraising events.

Master Trainer
Biography:
As a certified personal trainer, I am skilled in data- analysis/trends, marketing, effective communication, management, group-fitness instruction, accounting, program developments, and QA inspections.
I gained practical and hands-on experience through the United States Air Force from 2013- 2025, working in diverse sections such as the Fitness Center, Mortuary Affairs, Food Service, Honor Guard, Lodging, and Search and Recovery. These positions in my career field allowed me to garner leadership skills in various situations, experience, certifications, and led me to my passion for fitness.
During my time in the fitness industry, I have excelled as a Fitness Supervisor, Fitness Improvement Program Director, Operations Manager, Group Fitness Director, Special Events Director, and personal trainer.
My career goal is to work in the fitness industry, guiding and mentoring individuals to strengthen confidence in their abilities to master their own potential. I plan on mastering additional certifications to start my own gym. My hobbies include spending quality time with my family, hiking, piano, cooking, reading, and horseback riding.
A fun fact about me is that I used to do fire explorers for CAL Fire as a teenager until I joined the Air Force.
Kelly
Certified Personal Trainer
Biography:
Kelly grew up in Waterbury, Connecticut. He played sports all his life and was first team All-State twice, and a National High School Coaches All American at Holy Cross High School. He received a full basketball scholarship and played at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He then chose to transfer to Manhattan College in New York where he played for two years and graduated with a degree in government.
However, as time went on, and Kelly got older, he, like many people, experienced a problem with weight gain. In 2022, he decided to go on a weight loss journey and lost 125 pounds! He then decided to take what he learned from that journey to help others and became a personal trainer. He is certified by nationally accredited ISSA and became a trainer at LA Fitness, as well as on his own independently.
Kelly has two daughters, Casey & Kelsey, who are 28 and 22 years old.
Jacquelin
Certified Personal Trainer
Biography:
Hello! My name is Jacquelin. I grew up in New York and later moved to Florida to play collegiate soccer and pursue my education at the University of Tampa. I earned my bachelor’s degree in allied health with a concentration in Medical Sciences, followed by my Master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science.
Since then, I’ve applied my education across multiple healthcare and fitness settings, working in several hospitals as a Medical Assistant and serving as a Certified Personal Trainer at Crunch Fitness. I hold certifications in CPR, AED, BLS, and ISSA Personal Training, among others.
My background has given me extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology, athletic training, nutrition, exercise science, resistance training, and mobility management.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about soccer, my brother and I still play on recreational teams in the area. I also love spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, being out on the boat, or exploring new places.
And of course, I can’t forget my two cats, Frankie & Ollie, who are my best friends and absolute pride & joy.
Robin

Biography:
Hello, my name is Robin. I’ve been a personal trainer for over 6 years. I got into fitness around the age of 10 when I was introduced to the Mr. Peanut Physical Fitness Challenge in elementary school. I started martial arts at the age of 13 and I am still an avid practitioner. The reason why I became a personal trainer is because I love sharing what I learned in my fitness journey with others.

Biography:
Hi, my name is Sonny and I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as nutrition coach. I am ecstatic to help various people achieve their health goals both physically and emotionally. A little about myself, I am originally from Staten Island, New York and moved down here because I much prefer the warm weather over the cold weather back in New York City. On my days off I enjoy playing music, spending time with family and indulging in various forms of media, such as movies or video games.
