Allen, co-owner of GYMGUYZ, brings 13 years of experience in outside sales, a career built around one core principle: “People first, people always.” His approach to business is rooted in the belief that success is not just about transactions but about making a positive impact on people’s lives.

Throughout his career, Allen has developed a deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for helping others. This has translated seamlessly into his ownership of GYMGUYZ, where he prioritizes creating meaningful connections with clients and offering personalized fitness solutions. Whether guiding someone on their fitness journey or providing the motivation they need to succeed, Allen’s commitment to helping others is at the heart of everything he does.

Lauren Brewington

Owner

Lauren, co-owner of GYMGUYZ Annapolis & Columbia, brings a wealth of experience from her background in event management and recruiting. Her passion for meeting people, making a difference in their lives, and fostering lasting change is the driving force behind her career.

Together with her husband, Allen, Lauren opened GYMGUYZ with a shared vision of making fitness accessible and impactful—by bringing movement directly to YOU.

Lauren is dedicated to being a resource for both clients and trainers, helping to transform lives in the community. Whether working with clients to achieve their fitness goals or supporting her team, she’s excited to play a role in every step of their journey toward health and wellness.

Reason Why You Became a Personal Trainer:
I am very interested in kinesiology and while doing my studies I became certified in personal training to help spread correct information and help people strengthen their health.

Amateur Boxer with a passion for fitness and wellness. 6+ years of personal training and sports coaching.

What made you decide to be a personal trainer?
I have a passion for fitness as well as helping people. Having experience in a classroom setting serving as a teacher, coaching as well as being a former collegiate athlete, it only made sense to advance my skills and knowledge for something I’ve always been associated with.
 
Fitness Interests & Hobbies:
I enjoy strength training, mastering fundamental movements, plyometrics and weight loss. I’m a huge fan of football and basketball but love all sports and competition as well as enjoying time with family and friends
