Denise is a certified personal trainer through NFTP with three years of professional training experience and over 15 years in the fitness industry. She holds specialized certifications and resistance training and nutrition coaching. Denise has always led an active lifestyle – from gymnastics and dance as a child to training Goju Cara for 12 years, ultimately earning a second–degree black belt. These experiences instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and flexibility that she now brings to her clients. Her passion for fitness stems from her own personal transformation. In her late teens, Denise struggled with weight loss due to pour eating habits and in activity. Through dedication, proper nutrition and constant training, she successfully lost 117 pounds. This journey inspired her to help others achieved their health and fitness goals, build confidence and live healthier and happier lives.
Halley
Halley is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with ISSA, with a specialization in women’s health from NASM. Halley was born in the Bronx and currently lives in Brooklyn with her eight year old daughter. She has work as a freelance writer for 20 years for major news and content outlets, while nurturing her own fitness journey as a runner and tennis player. After having a child and gaining considerable amount of weight during the pandemic, Halley decided to get a fitness coach. The experience was so illuminating, she decided to pursue coaching in 2022 and earn her certifications. She has been successfully trained private clients from teenagers to seniors with a range of goals and abilities. There is no one size fits all and fitness. She believes in comprehensive approach including mobility, strength, cardio, and mindfulness. All in the name of progress.
