Anna is the perfect blend of brains, grit, and heart. With a degree in Finance and Investments, she thrived in major financial firms, but her true passion has always been fitness. Over 20 years, Anna has pushed her limits, conquering marathons, triathlons, and cycling events. She’s now chasing the prestigious seven-star major marathon finisher title and has her sights set on completing an Ironman—because why not aim for greatness?
As the founder of the running club, Anna knows firsthand how discipline, community, and setting goals can transform lives. She and her husband, Petro, are on a mission to help the residents of Brooklyn & Staten Island live healthier, happier lives.
When Anna isn’t inspiring others, she’s busy making memories with Petro and their two spirited daughters, Melania and Emilia, who are already following in mom’s active footsteps.

Petro’s journey from Ukraine to New York City is a testament to resilience and determination. After earning degrees in Accounting and Hospitality Management from the City University of New York, Petro spent two decades excelling in the NYC hospitality industry, working at top-tier five-star and five-diamond hotels.
The pandemic led Petro to explore entrepreneurship, and he discovered a passion for home improvement and helping others achieve their goals. Now, as co-owner of GYMGUYZ Brooklyn & Staten Island, Petro combines his hospitality expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to create personalized fitness solutions for the community.
In his downtime, Petro loves hitting the slopes, diving into hands-on construction projects, and cherishing quality time with his wife, Anna, and their two daughters.

Harold is a dedicated fitness professional with over 8 years of work out experience. A passionate advocate for health and wellness, he’s spent five years running marathons and believes in the power of fitness to transform lives. Currently serving as the Operations Manager of GYMGUYZ Brooklyn & Staten Island NY, Harold combines his extensive fitness knowledge with his organizational expertise to support the team in delivering personalized, on-the-go fitness experiences. She has worked in several big box gym locations, learning from a variety of trainers and refining her own holistic, results-driven approach.
Shanece has experience working with women, the elderly, and individuals with autism, but she trains all demographics. She specializes in fast, safe weight loss and also offers strength and bodybuilding coaching. Her patient and positive energy, combined with her commitment to whole-person wellness, makes clients feel supported and empowered every step of the way. Shanece is always all smiles and brings heart to every session.

Denise is a certified personal trainer through NFPT with three years of professional training experience and over 15 years in the fitness industry. She holds specialized certifications in Resistance Training and Nutrition Coaching.
Denise has always led an active lifestyle — from gymnastics and dance as a child to training in Goju Karate for 12 years, ultimately earning a Second-Degree Black Belt. These experiences instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and flexibility that she now brings to her clients.
Her passion for fitness stems from her own personal transformation. In her late teens, Denise struggled with weight gain due to poor eating habits and inactivity. Through dedication to proper nutrition and consistent training, she successfully lost 117 pounds. This journey inspired her to help others achieve their health and fitness goals, build confidence, and live healthier, happier lives.
Known for her upbeat energy and motivating approach, Denise strives to make her workouts not only effective but fun — after all, as she likes to remind her clients, “laughing burns calories!”
Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Denise continues to reside there with her two sons — one currently in college and the other in elementary school. As a devoted mom, she’s mastered the art of turning challenges into opportunities and always brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does.

As a standout athlete in high school, he earned starting positions on both the football and basketball teams. At just 15, Anthony discovered the gym—and with it, a deep love for exercise, wellness, and strength training.
With over thirteen years of experience in the fitness industry, Anthony has trained a wide range of clients, from athletes and post-injury clients to beginners, children, and individuals with special needs. His adaptable approach and commitment to personalized training have helped many clients reach their unique goals.
Before fully dedicating himself to fitness, Anthony worked as a middle school educator, teaching students from Pre-K through 8th grade. He specialized in Physical Education and Health, but also taught subjects including History, English, Religion, and Special Education. His background in education continues to shape his empathetic, knowledgeable approach to coaching.
Anthony is a NASM-certified personal trainer and currently serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for One Five Baseball. He holds multiple NASM certifications and specializes in weight loss and toning, powerlifting, injury recovery, mobility, and overall wellness.

Born in the Bronx and now living in Brooklyn with her 8-year-old daughter, Halley has spent the past 20 years working as a freelance writer for major news and content outlets while also nurturing her own fitness journey as a runner and tennis player. After becoming a parent and experiencing significant weight gain during the pandemic, Halley worked with a fitness coach. The experience was so transformative that she decided to pursue coaching herself in 2022 and earn her certifications.
Since then, she has successfully trained private clients ranging from teenagers to seniors, each with unique goals and abilities. Halley believes that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. Her philosophy combines mobility, strength, cardio, and mindfulness to support meaningful progress. For her, training isn’t just about delivering a program—it’s about being on your team and offering genuine support, wherever you are on your journey.
