Let’s face it: New Year’s Resolutions are a dime a dozen. If you were to check out any workout or exercise facility in the days immediately following last year turning into this one, you’ll find them MUCH more heavily populated than usual… by people who’ve decided to make some version of “improved physical condition” one of their New Year’s Resolutions. Typically, this burst of activity lasts for maybe a week, tops, before the average person reverts back to form. This is the opposite of starting off the new year on the right foot.
